Joana is our Early Years music leader with over 4 years experience teaching music in nurseries in London (the Kensington Kindergarten and Square School Nursery). She graduated from the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she furthered her studies in Piano and completed a Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Singing.
Joana holds a Certificate for Music Educators in Early Childhood and she can teach in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Ximena has a Masters in Music Performance from Goldsmiths University. She completed her Bachelor Degree at the ‘Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’ (Bogota, Colombia). She has taken master classes with amazing performers including Nicholas Mulray, Kathleen Wilson, Robert Brandt, Melba Ramos, Alexandra Zabala, Alejandro Escobar, and Carla Cottini. In 2012 she was a soloist at the Opera Gala "La Javeriana sings Mozart" held in the Auditorium Leon de Greiff with the Javeriana Symphony Orchestra in the Festival “Opera al Parque” in Bogota, Colombia.
Ximena teaches music at the Brook Kindergarten in London and she leads early years concerts and group classes for babies and toddlers.
Barbara is the founder and director of Eureka Music London and Fireworks Music School. She was born in Pisa (only a few yards from the leaning tower) and has been playing the piano since she was five years old. She began her musical career as a pianist and was awarded a First-class Honours Degree in Piano at La Spezia's Conservatoire (Italy) at only 20 years of age.
Barbara studied Classical Composition at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and graduated with a BMus(Hons) in Composition in 2013. In June 2014, she was awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Composition for Screen from the prestigious Royal College of Music.
Barbara is now a Professor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
